I am seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead a PMO and oversee the successful delivery of cross-functional projects across IT, operations, compliance, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of project managers and assign projects based on business needs and expertise

• Oversee project portfolio, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery

• Advise senior leadership on priorities, risks, and feasibility

• Enhance PMO governance, tools, and delivery frameworks

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards

• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, including 2+ in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

• Proven experience delivering multi-departmental projects

• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification desirable
